SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
 ORDERING
There are three ways to purchase body jewelry from us: via our shopping cart, calling in an order or by faxing in an order (see Contact Us page). We will inform you of the total amount of your order, which will include the shipping charge once your order is processed. Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In general, you should receive your order within about 7 business days (depending on method of shipment). If your order includes an item that is out of stock or is a special order item, we will contact you to let you know of an estimated shipping date.
** Ultimate Jewelz requires a $50 minimum purchase.
SHIPPING
Ultimate Jewelz ships via UPS or USPS. Unless you specifically request a shipping method, we will ship via Ground. Shipping costs are charged at current rates including insurance and COD tag fees. Next Day Air is available, but orders must be placed before 11am Pacific Standard Time, in order to be shipped on the same day. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.
**Note: UPS shipments can not be made to P.O. Boxes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Ultimate Jewelz accepts payments via a money transfer, Visa, MasterCard or we can ship your order COD (additional fees do apply).
RETURNS
If you have any problems with your order, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery. If the item is defective, you may exchange it with the same item or another item of your choice. We do not issue refunds for returns, therefore we will either credit your account or replace the item.
