Is there a minimum purchase quantity?
Ultimate Jewelz requires a $50 minimum purchase.

How do I order?
Thank you in advance for your order! There are three ways to purchase body jewelry from us: via our website’s shopping cart, calling in an order or by faxing in an order (see Contact Us page). We will inform you of the total amount of your order, which will include the shipping charge once your order is processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In general, you should receive your order within about 7 business days (depending on method of shipment). If your order includes an item that is out of stock or is a special order item, we will contact you to let you know of an estimated shipping date.

How will my order be shipped?
Ultimate Jewelz ships via UPS or USPS. Unless you specifically request a shipping method, we will ship via the Ground method. Shipping costs are charged at current rates including insurance and COD tag fees. **Note: UPS shipments can not be made to P.O. Boxes.

Which method of payment can I use?
Ultimate Jewelz accepts payments via a money transfer, Visa, MasterCard or we can ship your order COD (additional fees do apply). The processing of credit card payments is secured and protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer, High security grade 128-bit). This is an industry standard technology and has been adopted by the World Wide Web for encryption, authentication and assurance of information.

What if I need to return an item that I have purchased?
If you have any problems with your order, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery. If the item is defective, you may exchange it with the same item or another item of your choice. We do not issue refunds for returns, therefore we will either credit your account or replace the item.

What if an item that I ordered is on Back Order?
Your back orders will be shipped as soon as possible. We will pay the shipping costs on any back order, unless it can be combined with your next order.

What if I want to place a custom order?
We offer special custom manufacturing with a special 100 pieces per size/style requested. Please contact us for additional information and a quote.
